Track work Rider/ Strapper (40 hours per week)

B.W.Pearson HorseBreaking P/L is a breaking and pre training facility based in Barwon Heads, Victoria. We strive to provide a professional service in the breaking and education of young horses.

We are currently seeking a casual track work rider / strapper (approximately 40 hours per week). Although we are seeking an experienced rider, previous experience riding track work is preferable but not essential.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

• ·         Experience with horse care and stable duties
• .         Confidence riding young horses
• ·         Ability to work as part of a team
• ·         Patience with young horses
• ·         Ability to follow instructions as well as work independently
• ·         Willingness to learn and further develop skills
• .         Own transport is essential
•           Equestrian background is an advantage

The position is based at our Barwon Heads facility.
