Stable Staff – Eagle Farm

We’re looking for a reliable, switched-on horseperson to join our Eagle Farm stable in a full-time stablehand role.

This position requires someone with prior racing stable experience. It includes afternoon shifts and full weekend work.

Duties include:

• High standard of daily horse care
• Attending race days and barrier trials
• Cleaning boxes, barns, and yards
• Monitoring horse health (e.g. temperatures)
• Preparing horses for trackwork
• Feeding, hay, and water management
• Transporting horses to and from the racecourse
• Operating walkers (loading/unloading)
• Maintaining tack, rugs, and stable equipment
