Matt Laurie Racing has a position vacant within our growing operation for a stable hand in a full time role, either working on our property in Moorooduc and/or Mornington racecourse assisting with track work in the morning.
You would preferably have prior experience in a thoroughbred racing stable and be competent with all aspects of ground staff general duties and care of racehorses.
The role consists of six mornings per week, some afternoons and one Sunday per month on a 4 week rotating roster. You will have the opportunity to strap on race days and your experience towing a float or having a medium rigid truck licence is greatly beneficial.
