Healey Racing is a growing business on the Sunshine Coast. We are currently seeking the following positions to be filled:
Racing Manager Role:
- Someone with experience in the racing industry who can work alongside trainer and foreman for day to day runnings of stable.
- Focus on owner communications such as videos, updates, emails and phone calls.
- Race planning and programming and data analysis.
- Jockey engagement.
- Stable returns.
- Nominations/acceptances
This role will suit someone passionate for helping horses perform at their best. Someone who will work well in a team environment. Must have a strong understanding of the racing industry.
Trackwork Rider:
- Mon-Sat mornings 3.45-8am
- Must be able to work well in a team
- Be able to educate babies
- Ride timed gallops
- Punctual and reliable
- Opportunities for race day strapping as well.
Ground staff:
- must be able to work well in a team
- willingness to learn and a love of horses
- must be available every second weekend
- full time or part time hours available
- horse experience is preferred
Social Media Manager:
- 1 day a week of content gathering
- 3-4 posts per week on social pages with runners/winners.
- This role will suit someone who is interested in horse racing and wants to work in a team.
- Biggest focus on gaining new clients with engagement as well as servicing current clients with regular updates and content.
All wages will be based on experience.
