Office Manager/Reproductive Assistant

Baramul Stud currently has an exciting & diverse position available for an experienced Office Manager/Reproductive Assistant.


The successful candidate will have experience in:


  • Ardex horse computer software
  • Payroll
  • Excellent Excel and Word Skills
  • Workers Compensation, Awards and National Employment Standards
  • Thorough understanding of computer systems
  • Thorough understanding of thoroughbred reproduction
  • A background/at least 3 years experience in the thoroughbred industry is essential for this role.


The position will entail:

  • The day to day running of the office and all aspects of stud administration.
  • Relief vetting during the breeding season (booking mares for service, clerical assistance to the vet at the crush, ensuring vet work runs smoothly during the relief weekends)


Candidates for this position will possess accurate administrative skills, a friendly telephone manner, an ability to take responsibility & show initiative, thorough understanding of confidentiality and an ability to work as part of a team.
