Feek Racing has an opening for a full-time rider/stablehand.
Successful applicants will ideally have previous experience in racing and be confident riding trackwork. We are looking for someone that is reliable, hardworking and passionate about working with racehorses.
The position is full-time employment with competitive rates of pay, annual leave and bonuses.
Duties include riding trackwork, general stable duties and horse care, attending the races, working as part of a dedicated team.
We are a 20 horse stable on track at Mornington, Victoria. We can organise comfortable local accommodation and Mornington is a great place to live with plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants, beautiful beaches. Only an hour from Melbourne.
There is also a car available for use.
We can consider sponsorship for someone that is working in Australia on a holiday visa already.
Please note that we are NOT in an eligible location for 88 days.
