Munce Racing is seeking an experienced Foreman to join our team at our training and spelling facility located at Beaudesert.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced horse person looking to take on a responsible, hands-on role within a professional thoroughbred operation.
Reporting to the Assistant Trainer, your role will include attending trackwork as required, assisting with the preparation and movement of horses in training, and helping to manage the smooth day-to-day running of the team back at Ballycapall while horses are completing their work at the track.
The role will also include overseeing staff, horse care, feeding, treatments, stable routines and general property operations.
Experience within the thoroughbred racing industry is essential, and applicants must be confident handling a variety of horses and capable of recognising and responding to changes in a horse’s condition or wellbeing.

• Confident managing staff and daily stable routines
• An excellent horse person with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working both at trackwork and within the stable environment
• Capable of working independently and taking responsibility
• A good communicator and team player
• Committed to maintaining a high standard of horse care and presentation
• Holder of a current driver’s licence
