We're seeking experienced Track Riders to join our team at our Karasi Park, Bass facility in Victoria.
About the Role You'll be riding thoroughbred racehorses for both slow work (walking/trotting) and fast work/gallops on our private training track.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a track rider in the thoroughbred racing industry (essential)
- Strong, confident riding skills at all paces, including controlled fast work
- Ability to ride and handle different types/ages of horses safely and effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for early starts and consistent morning work
- Current horse racing industry accreditations/licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain)
What We Offer
- Early starts: 6:00-7:00am AM kick-off depending on season (we start in the daylight)
- Ride approx 8–10 horses per morning session
