Do you find your afternoons free and want something exciting to fill your time?

We have the perfect opportunity for you! The Pakenham Racing Club is currently seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to fill the role of Equine Pool Supervisor to supervise the afternoon Equine Pool activities.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily afternoon equine pool horse training operations and ensuring that all swimming and OH&S obligations are followed by the Pakenham trainers and their teams.

As the Equine Pool Supervisor, you'll work a 6-day week with weekday shifts starting at the relaxed time of 12.45pm and finishing at 4.30pm, and on Sunday morning shifts starting bright and early at approximately 5.30am through to 10.00am. In this role, you will work solo, requiring you to be comfortable with making decisions and dealing with any situations that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for the basic servicing of the pool plant and equipment, which includes handling chemicals, undertaking water testing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool compound area.
