THE ROLE

Located in Sydney the role is responsible for two key areas, interfacing with customers and managing the support function which assists clients resolve problems.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain and building relationships with key clients and decision makers (existing and new customers).
  • Manage and optimise the overall customer experience.
  • Understand and identify Ardex’s solutions that address
    customer's needs and lead efforts to sell such solutions.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT LEADERSHIP

  • Guiding and assisting the customer support team in resolving issues practically and efficiently.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded by managing and improving the process, developing, and implementing action plans and strategies.

ABOUT YOU

  • A collaborative working style, able to build relationships, experience leading a team and supporting a strong winning team culture.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in customer support and experience solving complex issues and problems with an interest in product and process innovation.
  • An understanding of the Ardex suite of products, having been a user of the solution set is highly desirable.
  • An understanding of the Thoroughbred industry is a strong positive.
