Racing Manager

Annabel Neasham & Rob Archibald are looking for an experienced Racing Manager to join our team at Warwick Farm. The Racing Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the stable, focusing on race planning, programming, logistics, and owner communication.

This position is responsible for keeping owners informed, coordinating race schedules, and ensuring horses are placed in the best possible races. By working closely with Annabel & Rob and the assistant trainers, the Racing Manager helps streamline logistics and contribute to the overall success of the stable.

The Role:

• Liaise with owners, providing timely and engaging updates (written, audio, and video) to ensure clear and consistent communication, which will include pre/post race reports.
• Attend race days, barrier trials, and trackwork
• Manage all race nominations, acceptances, scratchings, jockey bookings and stable returns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stable records, including horse details, race plans, and performance tracking.
• Work closely with the team to coordinate race day logistics, ensuring smooth operations and seamless horse movements.
• Manage day to day horse movements between our locations
• Assist with owner stable visits and events

We are a busy stable with multiple runners across NSW, Victoria & Queensland, so ideally looking for someone with previous experience as a Racing Manager or similar. We are a progressive, hardworking team and looking for someone who is passionate about racing to join us.
