The Role
With the ongoing expansion of the Clubs training services and the building of two uphill training tracks, we’re building our team up in readiness.
As part of the Trainer Services team, you’ll typically work an 11-day fortnight. Shifts start around 3:10am & finish around 9:45am. This role is to assist leading and developing the team that monitor the adherence to the rules of training and OH&S obligations are followed for the Pakenham trainers and their employees. You’ll also provide backup support to the Trainer Services Manager.
