NJC is calling for applicants for both permanent and p/time permanent positions as Gap Attendant at Newcastle Racecourse.
Reporting directly to the Trackwork & Facilities Supervisor, the Gap Attendant is responsible for all aspects of morning trackwork and jump outs.
The successful candidate/s must be able to work flexible hours, work well under pressure and in a team environment and possess a positive, proactive and professional approach.
The purpose of this role is to monitor morning trackwork to ensure a safe environment for riders, trainers, strappers and staff during trackwork and ensure adherence to Track Regulations at all times.
