Full-Time Office Manager & BBR Floating Coordinator – Warwick Farm

We are seeking a highly organised Full-Time Office Manager & BBR Floating Coordinator to support daily operations at our Warwick Farm racing stable. This role manages essential horse administration, owner communication, general administration, and BBR floating tasks.
ARDEX experience is essential, and racing industry experience is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage horse registrations, transfers, surgery consents and daily horse status lists.
- Handle owner enquiries and update horse/owner information.
- Oversee general administration including mail, filing, supplies, postage, scheduling and office coordination.
- Assist with accounts processing, payroll support, monthly billing and quarterly requirements.
- Coordinate maintenance bookings, equipment servicing and general office organisation.
- Support prizemoney administration and online sale listings.
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: Strong ARDEX experience.
- Crucial: Racing industry experience (administration or stable operations).
- Strong administration, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
