McColm Racing, a boutique training stable with complete onsite training facilities, requires an experienced racing professional to run the day-to-day stable operations.
A full time (or part time) position will be offered with an annual salary between ($70,000 - $90,000). This position has the potential to become a training partnership for the right candidate, with bonus’s and trainer percentage offerings.
You’ll come with previous experience in a medium/large racing stable as a senior stable hand/rider, foreperson, trainer or jockey.
Your responsibilities will include the full running of the stable including staffing, horse management and race day preparations.
