About the Role
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience in racing stables, ideally in a foreman or leading hand role
• Loves horses and takes pride in their care, presentation and performance
• Is competitive, team-minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Can confidently lead and manage staff and track riders
• Is experienced in stable operations:
• Medications, treatments and injections
• Treadmill and swimming horses
• Managing daily routines and horse welfare
• Float driving experience preferred
• Race day strapping opportunities available if desired
