Position: Farm Assistant

Location: Bathurst, NSW
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Farm hand to join our team at our stud and spelling property located in Bathurst, NSW. The successful applicant will work closely within a small team to assist in the ongoing operation and maintenance of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling and caring for Thoroughbred and Standardbred horses
- Property maintenance, including infrastructure repairs, fencing, weed management, and pasture management
- Working closely with the Owner and staff to achieve desired outcomes
- Proactively managing tasks and working independently
- Weekend work required for part-time position
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the agricultural sector
- Proficient in horse handling and care
- Possession of a chemical user's certificate and/or truck license (preferred)
- Reliable, punctual, and polite
- Driver's license is essential
