PARSONS CREEK – STUD HAND POSITION
Parsons Creek, a boutique Broodmare and Yearling Farm in the lower Hunter Valley is seeking an experienced Yearling Handler for the upcoming yearling prep for the 2020 Sales.
The seasonal position is available immediately through to mid to late February 2020, with the potential to roll into a full-time position on the farm.
Excellent on-farm accommodation with pool is provided as well as a competitive wage, based on experience which includes being able to handle mares, foals and general stud work.
Previous experience in handling and preparing yearlings to a high standard is essential.
The applicant should possess an excellent work ethic, dedication to the role, attention to detail, and a desire to present with pride. The successful applicant will need to be a reliable person who is proactive and able to work in a busy team environment.
