Job Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the team by driving internal sale
  • Providing outstanding customer service for inbound and outbound customer transactions
  • Qualification of customer requirements and delivering relevant solution
  • Efficiency of follow up on all enquiries, quotations and sales order
  • Generation of new leads and potential client
  • Customer service and feedback in relation to Product and Service concerns, orders, technical information and warrant
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of budget/forecastin
  • Liaise with stores, warehouse staff and service staff to ensure that customer service remains the priority
  • Communicate clearly to both internal and external stakeholders regarding any potential risks, delays or impacts on efficient delivery
  • Clearly record all transactions and communications with customers for future reference or follow up
  • Provide support to the wider sales team when required
  • Recording of all sales orders and picking requirements through internal records management

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, applicants should have the following experience:

  • Ability to remain flexible by working through different teams and responsibilities
  • Experience with Navision is ideal but not essential
  • Intermediate computer skills on MS Office and databases
  • Ability to efficiently learn new products and services
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Well-developed time management skills, ensuring meeting deadlines and achieving targets
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
