Contracts Manager

Coolmore Australia, a leading thoroughbred horse breeding farm located in Jerrys Plains in the Upper Hunter Valley, is seeking a full time Contracts Manager.

The role involves supporting the sales and management team and includes the creating and managing of all breeding contracts, maintaining stallion bookings, the compilation of pedigree records and liaising with clients and management.

The role will also require the assistance with public relations events as well as some general administration tasks to support the management team.

The successful applicant will possess:

• exceptional organisation and time management skills
• outstanding attention to detail
• excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (in particular, Word, Excel and Access)
• excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• ability to multi-task
• ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience with Ardex software and experience in the thoroughbred breeding industry would be advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years office experience, preferably within a sales team environment, an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and will be a quick learner with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.
