Proforge Pty Ltd is seeking and Apprentice Farrier or Tradesman Farrier to join their team in Hawkesbury NSW. This is a fulltime position, with the opportunity to work on a diverse range or equine projects. As a Farrier you will be responsible for the care and maintenance of horse's hooves, ensuring their optimal health and performance.
What the role will include:
- Trimming, shaping and applying horseshoes to horse's hooves supervised.
- Diagnosing and treating hoof-related issues and lameness supervised.
- Advising clients on hoof care and management.
- Maintaining Farriery tools.
- Collaborating with Senior Farriers, Veterinarians and other equine professionals.
