Kitchwin Hills is seeking an experienced yearling manager at our thoroughbred breeding operation east of scone
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, reliable & organised with a demonstrated ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team. Extensive experience in a similar role is essential.
To be successful in this role, you will need to enjoy a broad and diverse range of responsibilities in a highly productive team environment. You will require:
- Proven yearling sales preparation and current experience working at sales.
- Sound understanding of equine nutrition and health.
- The ability to lead and work within a team environment, including manage and educate staff.
- Ability to work effectively with vets, farriers and external contractors.
- Adhere to safe work practice and WHS regulations.
Remuneration will be based on relevant experience and qualifications.
