An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our Foaling Team at Waikato Stud, New Zealand’s leading thoroughbred Stud.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Dedicated to the breeding, rearing and development of elite race horses, based in the iconic thoroughbred region of Matamata, Waikato Stud is home to a number of Southern Hemisphere leading sires lead by six-time champion stallion Savabeel.
With the season fast approaching we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate full time Night Watch/Foaling Attendant to join our exciting team for the upcoming breeding season, (ideally someone with previous night watch/foaling experience required however not essential). Candidates must be enthusiastic, with a can-do attitude, keen to learn and be able to work well in a small team.
Shared accommodation provided, with every second weekend off. Attractive remuneration package for the successful candidate as well as a professional and supportive team who want you to succeed!
