Looking for a capable trackwork rider that wants to progress their career in an expanding stable.
Carberry Racing is a successful team and we are looking for a positive and friendly person to work with us to ride trackwork, including timed gallops, Monday to Saturday (5am to approximately 10.30am). Some groundwork, general stable duties and horse care would be included in this role. We train mostly flat racing horses, however we do have jumpers so the opportunity exists for jumping experience. Race day opportunities are available.
This role would suit someone who is looking to progress their career in a small but ambitious stable, working with well bred horses and using the world class facilities that the nearby Ballarat racecourse has to offer. Formal and informal training is available.
The role offers wages above award standards and will be commensurate with experience. Visa holders already in Australia are welcome to apply.
