Cody Morgan Racing is a rapidly expanding stable and we require a highly motivated and experienced track work rider who is seeking career progression into a leadership role. We pride ourselves on having well educated race horses and race at all levels in NSW and QLD.
Tamworth, NSW would suit someone who likes the country lifestyle and with the ALEC complex you could utilise your equestrian discipline with agistment options available for your horse. We have had positive feedback from our staff who have moved from metropolitan/provincial stables with affordability of living and the relaxed working environment being the main draw cards.
The successful applicant will be given assistance to find the right accommodation and the salary ranges between $1000-$1200 per week with scope for building on this rate. The Tamworth Racecourse is currently undergoing infrastructure upgrades and our riders work 8-10 horses a morning “4:30am-8:30am” Monday/Saturday. Our riders are expected to ride slow work/gallops/jump outs and we prioritise the safety and overall welfare of each individual who works for the stable.
