DESCRIPTION
Based in Nagambie, we are a boutique Thoroughbred breeding operation dedicated to the breeding, rearing and development thoroughbreds.
The position will include the following duties:
- Handling, feeding and care of mares, foals, yearlings and spelling racehorses
- General Farming & maintenance duties
- Working closely with the General Manager in all aspects of the farm.
- This role is 3 days per week and every second weekend with flexibility.
The successful applicant will require the following attributes:
- Previous experience working with Thoroughbreds
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Physically fit, reliable, with a strong work ethic and ‘can-do’ attitude
-Have good communication skills
An attractive remuneration package will be available to the successful applicant
This position is a permanent position.
