Yulong Stud, one of the leading Thoroughbred breeding operations in Victoria and based near Nagambie, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Stallion Nominations, Marketing and Sales Assistant.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, the key responsibilities would include but not limited to -
- Selling nominations in Yulong's stallions and helping build Yulong's client data base
- Hosting on farm stallion parades and farm visits
- Attending horse sales and assisting in selling Yulong's weanlings and yearlings.
- Updating Yulong's social media - Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Co-ordinating and hosting clients at Yulong's Flemington suite.
- Liaising with Yulong's marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, advertisements and future branding strategies.
- Taking photos of first season foals and promoting them together with Yulong's marketing team.
- Assisting in other areas as required by management
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to liaise with management and fellow workers.
- Demonstrated problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
