Due to the growth of the Westbury operation over the past 12 months, we have a Senior vacancy available in our Yearling department at our Auckland farm. Offering the successful applicant to join a progressive and motivated group of people at a world class property where we prepare over 100 yearlings for sale throughout Australasia.
The successful applicant must be proficient, confident horse handler, and possess a high standard of organisational and planning skills. A sound knowledge and experience preparing yearlings for sale is essential.
This role requires someone who has a true passion for horses, providing the utmost care with attention to detail while they must also have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team. We are looking for strong leadership skills who can nurture not only the equine stock but our people, and be a positive influence while teaching them the Westbury way.
This vacancy is for an immendiate start or we can accommodate a mutally agreed commencement date for the right applicant.
