Europe’s most successful racehorse syndication company is currently looking for a highly capable Sales & Marketing Manager for their Australian operation.


The Role

Due to recent growth, we are looking for a driven and focused Sales and Marketing Manager who can drive our sales strategies and manage new business opportunities. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for building marketing plans, and developing and implementing innovative strategies including social media to grow the business.

The successful applicant will be expected to ensure the business provides the highest level of customer service, attention to detail and professionalism to cater to our shareowner needs. You will also be expected to manage and develop the progress of our growing Australian roster of horses.  Salary package commensurate with market.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or another relevant field
  • Social media management experience, including content planning & creation
  • Marketing collateral creation and management experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in marketing and sales or related work (min 3 years) including work at a managerial level
  • Strong customer service mentality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • Sound knowledge of horses and the thoroughbred industry
  • Strong thoroughbred industry contacts
