Full-time position available at busy Thoroughbred breaking stable in Cranbourne South, VIC.
This position includes, but is not limited to, riding and educating young Thoroughbreds, saddling, fixing up/washing, teaching to wash, teaching to lead and ground education. This is a very hands on, fast paced and physical job and requires a calm strong minded, physically strong person with good balance and a working until "it's done" attitude. A capable learner, patient and willing to listen at all times.
Previous experience riding young horses is preferred, however, those willing to learn, can be taught.
Hours can vary day to day, however the ability to do early starts is a must. This is a set wage position, not an hourly rate.
