First Light Racing are Group 1 winning syndicators and market leaders in delivering an unrivalled racehorse ownership experience to its owners.

We partner with leading trainers around Australia and an opportunity exists for a racing enthusiast to join our dynamic team.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing communication and owners across FLR's Caulfield and Cranbourne based racehorses workly closely with Ciaron Maher & David Eustace, Trent Busuttin & Natalie Young and Mick Huglin. This will include 2-3 trackwork mornings per week, jumpouts/trials, racedays and delivering FLR's high standard of communications to owners across these stables. You will also be responsible for regular stable events and being an owner point of contact for racehorses across these stables.

The successful applicant will demonstrate good racing knowledge, a hardworking and positive attitude and good communication skills both written and verbal. They will work under the direction of FLR Director Tim Wilson and Bloodstock Manager Ashleigh Dowley.

The successful applicant must have a car (travel reimbursement provided) and be flexible to work 7 days a week to meet the requirements of trackwork, jumpouts/trials and racedays. Flexible hours are provided along with a fantastic office located on St Kilda Rd in Melbourne.

First Light Racing are market leaders in delivering success to our owners with 38 winners last season and already 13 winners this season including Group 1 winner Aristia amongst 4 Flemington winners. Wage negotiable based on experience plus travel reimbursements.
