The Murray Bridge Racing Club (MBRC) has an exciting opportunity available to join our Management team at South Australia's newest racecourse at Gifford Hill. Currently conducting 20 race meetings and a vibrant training centre with 200 horses using the training centre.
Successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong leadership skills and will be responsible for the day to day running, maintenance, preparation of the Racecourse, Training Tracks, Infrastructure and facilities to the standard required by our governing body Racing SA. Ensuring all work is performed to safe workplace practices as well as an ability to keep working records and preparing reports. Management and supervision of Grounds and Track Staff incorporating planning and scheduled meetings for maintenance and events.
As part of the management team the role will involve development, implementation and overseeing of management plans and programs.
The position is based on a minimum 40 hours per week with a need for flexible work hours based around racing dates and some rostered weekend work.
