Position Title
Interstate local and racing Bookings coordinator.
The purpose of this position is PRIMARILY to coordinate and maintain bookings for interstate movements and facilitate a smooth daily workload to drivers and within Ardex.
Ardex experience with bookings and understanding of the racing industry is necessary.
The job needs a person with an eye for public relations with a view and constant need to especially increase the revenue of the interstate sector of the company .
Licenced and with the Ability to drive a semi trailer a must.
Also at times when required to aid the local and racing sector of the bookings area within GC Horse Transport Pty Ltd.
This encompasses , maintaining , arranging daily truck runs and job sheets and the ability to take instructions from clients and processing them adequately and correctly into the Ardex system and to the drivers of the company.
This incumbent will be required to participate in regular team meetings and actively contribute where possible, regarding all safety issues within the transportation of livestock, its personnel and machinery breakdowns,.
Full Time position , good remuneration in a fast growing new horse transport company .
