Limitless Lodge is currently seeking a highly experienced and capable person to join our team on a full-time basis at Wyong Creek NSW 2259.
- Horse Trainer/Rider/Foreperson - able to pre-train the young horses for a racing career and educate sport horses
The salary will be above award – in the range of $55,000 to $60,000.00 per annum depending upon your skill level and previous experience.
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years full time professional experience in training and educating horses is required
- Proven ability to educate young and old stock, ride exercise work and care for horses at competitions
- Proven commitment to animal welfare
- Oral and written communication skills of a level to take instruction
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Knowledge of safe operation of all equipment and use of personal protective equipment
- Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations and demonstrated skills in safe operation of equipment relevant to the training and preparation of racehorses
Desirable Qualification:
- A Certificate III or equivalent International qualification
A long-term commitment is essential.
