Foreperson - Rob Hickmott Racing - Caulfield

Rob Hickmott Racing is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic stable foreperson for our Caulfield training location.

The successful applicant will utilise the following attributes to successfully co-ordinate a team of ground staff to manage all aspects of the daily training regime as advised by the trainer:

• Extensive experience and confidence in handling and educating horses
• Knowledge and understanding of the rules of racing
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to represent the stable on race days and at jump outs and barrier trials
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of occupational health & safety protocols
• The ability to drive a truck will be highly regarded but not essential
