Experienced Trackwork Riders - Excellent salary / Accomodation available

John Thompson Racing is seeking experienced and capable trackwork riders to join our stable at Randwick.

The successful applicants will have prior experience riding racehorses.

Proven experience to ride pace/timed work, jump outs and educate young horses will be highly regarded.

The Role:

• Monday - Saturday mornings (casual)
• Flexible conditions available
• No ground work 
• Excellent salary on offer that will match the highly skilled nature of the role
• Opportunity to attend racedays and travel horses interstate for Spring/Autumn carnivals
• Option for full-time role
• Accomodation is available

Essential Skills:

• Prior experience riding track work
• Proven ability to train and educate young horses
• Proven as reliable workers, with excellent horsemanship skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Knowledge of safe operation of all equipment and use of personal protective equipment
• Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations
