Ciaron Maher Racing is currently seeking highly experienced and capable staff to join our stable at Ballarat.
The successful applicant must be able to ride 8 - 10 horses per morning with particular emphasis on riding pace/timed work, educating young horses and jump outs.
The role is Full time Monday - Saturday, 5am - 11am approximately.
Essential Skills:
· Knowledge and experience of horse training and handling methods
· Proven ability to train and educate young horses
· Proven as reliable workers, with excellent horsemanship skills
· Ability to work in a team and independently
· Knowledge of safe operation of all equipment and use of personal protective equipment
· Sound knowledge of health and safety obligations
