Anderson Racing are looking for an experienced Float Driver and stablehand to take on a vital role based at our Eagle Farm stable.
Previous racehorse/horse experience is essential, as is experience with transporting livestock. A focus on horse wellbeing is a must.
In addition to the usual duties of a senior stablehand, the successful applicant must be experienced transporting horses/driving a 3 horse float.
The applicant will need to be dedicated, self-motivated, and a good communicator.
ROLE INCLUDES:
.Stablehand duties
·Loading and transporting horses and staff to and from the races· Strapping duties at race meetings.
.Race day representation in the absence of Trainers/Racing Manager
· Loading and transporting horses of all ages to and from farms/studs
· Co-ordinating vehicle maintenance & cleanliness
