About this Role

This temporary role (8 weeks) will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Club’s Equine All-star (EA) hospitality and travel management program over the TABtouch Masters and other aspects of the program as it relates to:

  • Administration of the Equine All-star program
  • Communication between Perth Racing and the Equine All-star program recipients
  • Hospitality or bookings offered to the EA parties
  • Co-ordination of all interviews needed by WA Tourism relating to EA and inbound tourists – specifically the Economic Impact Review
  • Act as one point of liaison for interstate owners, connections and industry regarding the Masters hospitality

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Document travel arrangements and schedules for interstate and international connections, trainers, jockeys and industry
  • Regularly liaise with EA participants to ensure Club hospitality is available to them
  • Ensure smooth race day experience for interstate and overseas guest
  • Liaise with hospitality operations and sales to ensure accurate bookings

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Some understanding of the Racing Industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and customer service experience
  • Sound Microsoft Office Suite skills
