Dressage or Event rider (Approx 25 hrs per week)

B W Pearson Horse Breaking is a breaking and pre training facility based in Connewarre, Victoria.

We are currently seeking an experienced dressage or event rider to join our team. The role involves exercising and schooling pre trainers and breakers in the final stages of their educational preparations. This is a flexible role that may suit a student or someone who is experienced in competing. The right candidate should be able to demonstrate to following,

•          Experience in riding equestrian horses
•          Ability to work as part of a team
•          Patience with young horses
•          Ability to follow instructions as well as work independently
•          Willingness to learn and further develop skills
