The Opportunity
The Corporate Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Corporate Partnerships Manager. The position will assist and support all partnership-related enquiries and provide administrative and sales support for the Partnerships team.
Reporting to the Corporate Partnerships Manager you will be responsible for:
- Provide account management support of partners within the sponsorship portfolio
- Implement, monitor and report on compliance with partner and sponsor agreements and contract deliverables
- Regularly advise and report on partnership satisfaction levels and contribute to retention strategy for partnership reviews including preparation of review reports and presentations
- Monitor partner activities and provide research support in industry trends, growth opportunities and prospect identification
- Build and develop collaborative and trusted relationships across the organisation and key stakeholders to deliver the best outcomes for the industry
- Proactively provide high quality, inclusive, responsive customer service and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
About You
Ideally, you will have:
- Experience in Sports Administration, with comprehensive knowledge and/or understanding of customer service/experience, communications, sales and marketing
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a commercial related discipline including marketing, communications, media, or event management highly desirable
- Evidence of consultation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with others, negotiate, advocate and exercise influence in various situations
- Evidence of good consultation, communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to build relationships, networks and work collaboratively with others
- Excellent computer skills including advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and databases (particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint). Experience or capability with CRM systems will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the embedding of Harness Racing in Victoria values, mission and vision
- An interest in and understanding of sport and / or harness racing is desirable

Travel between HRV Head Office located in Flemington, Tabcorp Park Melton and country clubs and regional Victoria will be required.
Given the unique nature of this position and the operational requirements of the racing industry, weeknight, weekend and public holidays work will be required outside of usual working hours, particularly during major race meetings.
Successful candidates will be required to successfully complete background checks in accordance with company policy.
