Your proven strategic leadership abilities, including financial and business stewardship, along with an entrepreneurial aptitude and enthusiasm will lead the organisation to deliver key strategic results and achieve operational excellence. At the same time, you will actively regularly engage with all key stakeholders, including members, trainers, jockeys, sponsors, supporters, government, special interest groups and the broader ACT and local area racing community.
