An opening exists to join Blue Gum Farm as our Broodmare Manager.
This role is hands on and encompasses leading a team of great people in the care and maintenance of broodmares and foals, coordinating of vetting and farrier schedules and education of foals and weanlings.
During foaling season, the role coordinates and assists, where necessary, the night foaling attendant.
The role requires excellent communication, organisation and time management skills as well as the ability to liaise effectively with farm administration, staff, clients and service providers.
