Fenwick Farm is a working thoroughbred facility specialising in bespoke breaking-in, pre-training and rehabilitation of racehorses. Our mission is to develop tailored education and training programming based on every horse’s specific needs. Fenwick Farm is uniquely positioned to service the thoroughbred racing industry with capacity for over 100 horses, a 1300m sand track, a 1500m grass track, 40m lap pool, 8 horse aqua walker, 2 dry horse walkers, breaking-in yards and a covered sand arena.
Whilst the contact hours to fulfill the output requirements of this role are flexible, thoroughbred training and care is a seven day per week business where completion of various daily and weekly milestones will require integration of your schedule with the events and priorities of the farm, it’s clients and the horses in our care.
This role is instrumental in communicating our vision and brand with both existing clients and the wider market, and allows clients and partners alike the opportunity to observe the ‘behind-the-scenes’ machinations of our training facility across various mediums.
