The Assistant Handicapper is an entry level position required to assist with undertaking handicapping for Thoroughbred racing, race programming and racing office functions for RQ.
Reporting to the Senior Handicapper, and with a matrix reporting line to the Chief Handicapper, key accountabilities are to ensure timely and accurate execution of handicapping duties, superior attention to detail and confidentiality of sensitive information to deliver agreed outcomes in accordance with RQ’s strategic objectives.
