Job Description

Reporting directly to the Executive Officer, your duties will include:

Being the first point of contact for all face to face enquiries;

Operating a switchboard and directing calls accordingly;

Assisting with scheduling staff back into the office;

Assisting with events and catering as required;

Being the go to person in the office for all internal and external inquires;

Managing your direct reports' diary and email;

Updating and maintaining a database;

Assisting around the office where needed.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will possess:
A minimum of 2 years prior experience within education within a similar role;

Full working rights within Australia;

Proficient with MS Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook;

Confident liaising with clients and stakeholders of varying seniority;

Immediately available;

The ability to take initiative to prioritise tasks.
