KniGGhts are based in Mornington, Victoria. We act as a virtual office with an accounts focus for more than 40 Australian and international thoroughbred training businesses.

Many of our clients are high profile and are some of Australia's leading trainers. They have won races like the Melbourne Cup, Cox Plate and Golden Slipper.

About the role

We need an experienced accounts all-rounder. The successful applicant is required to help us facilitate and manage all of the accounts needs for our clients in areas such as accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.

Skills and experience

Skills and experience that are essential -

• Expert working knowledge of Xero

Skills and experience that are highly valued but not essential -

• A minimum of 2 years experience in working in an office in an accounts role that required multiple bank accounts being reconciled daily.
• Active BAS Agent license
• The ability to multi task and work under the pressure of deadlines.
• Racing knowledge
• Experience working with MYOB
• Experience working with racing industry software -  Ardex/Prism
