Griffiths Racing currently has an exciting position available for an experienced Accounts Manager, based at their stables in Cranbourne, Victoria.

We are looking for an experienced office administrator to assist with the day to day running of our office. The successful candidate for this position will possess accurate administrative skills, be self-motivated, have an ability to take responsibility & show initiative, and have a good knowledge of the racing industry.

The key aspects of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing Owner accounts
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Debtor Management
  • Sales Enquiries & Invoicing
  • Staff Training & OH&S Management

The right candidate will preferably have experience in:

  • Stallion Software
  • MYOB Software
  • Payroll
  • Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
  • OH&S Standards & Requirements
