Emeran Park has two premium facilities, the first, a premeir spelling complex located at Lemon Tree, in the Dooralong
Valley and the second a medical and rehabilitation facility in the Yarramalong Valley, designed solely for the purpose of treating sick and injured thoroughbreds.

Both properties are within close proximity to Newcastle, Gosford and Wyong race tracks.
